The influence of streetdance style on personality development of children and youth

This work deals with the question whether the dance style of street dance influence on personality development of children and youth. And if this style really affects the personality development of children and youth, then how much. This question was based on prejudices with which dance street culture is still struggling. The work is conceived as linking meaningful leisure with dance street culture. It contains two parts. The theoretical part deals with basic concepts and description of dance street culture, which includes this work. The second part is practical, using a questionnaire survey investigating how this dance style affects the personality development of children and youth, and whether the result opposes longstanding prejudices. Based on the percentage evaluation of the facts is determined conclusion.
How can be sibling constellations by health disability affected

Thesis named How can be sibling constellations by health disability affected, researchs effect of health disability to sibling constellations. Influence of health disability is examined in the area of career orientation, spending freetime and position of intact sibling in sibling constellation. Data gained from semistructured interviews are sorted by contained informations and contexts to these three categories. The objective of thesis is to find out whether sibling constellations are ind the fixed areas affected by health disability. The data and codes are obtained by summary in interviews according to required categories. These data are compared with theoretical basis and then they are formed to answers to research questions. The conclusions of research established that in investigated areas sibling constellations are influenced. The influence comes from the individual dispositions of each of the respondent. At the end of the thesis based on the survey results there are proposed additional procedures for the processing of reladed research. Media influence on deciding of the possibilities of spending free time

The aim of thesis "The media impact on the decision of the possibilities of spending freetime" is to determine through what channels, public gathers informations about leisure opportunities. It can help the centers of freetime to get media exposure as an opportunity for their development to help freetime centers to perceive media as an opportunity for their further development. Theoretical part introduces readers with the theme how media acts with society, especially with family, children and parents. It also deals with freetime time centers, the reader will be familiar with their characteristics for a good orientation in the following practical part. It also deals with various tool of so- called "communication mix", which is then applied in the practical part of the draft, as an "Communication strategy of DDM in Prague 9". The experimental part is based on a statistical methods of market research, particularly a questionnaire survey. This market research dealt with the effects of media on people's freetime in three locations - Prague, Zlín and Mikulov. Lifestyle of the Straight Edge Suculture Youths

This thesis handles with the lifestyle of Straight Edge youth subculture. This subculture is identified by refusing alcohol, drugs, tobacco, sexual promiscuity and emphasizing moral compassion. First the thesis describes the lifestyle in general, including the typical attitudes, values and freetime activities. Further it reflects subcultures, their place within society, their specifics, and maps the academic studies of (post)subcultural theories. Following part describes the Straight Edge subculture in detail and is asking the question whether this subculture can fulfill the function of the substition of religion. The qualitative analysis then focuses on the lifestyle of the individual followers, their perception of the community, the relationship with society and selfpresentation. Additionaly the thesis presents the ethical and moral dimension of Straight Edge and delas with the problem of commercialism of subcultures.
Freetime activities in current families.

In this work, I consider pastime activities in current families. Theoretical part of the work is focused on summarization of actual knowledge in this field. Attention is paid to pastime and its importance to human lifetime, considering lifestyle, ways of spending pastime in families. Practical part appears from knowledge, obtained in families using method of personal report (checklist) or interview. Ascertained data are summarized in tables and demonstrated in graphs. Results of investigation denote lack of pastime by parents, especially by women, in comparison to children, and prevalence of passive ways of spending pastime in current families. Based on these results, recommendations pointing effective usage of pastime and improvement of general lifestyle in current families are formulated in conclusion.
Music as freetime activity

The graduation thesis deals with possibilities of musical education in the homes of children and youth in South Bohemia. We focused on the offers of music activities, material equipment, kinds of teaching, and how could we present the results of the work. Next, the graduation thesis demonstrates the comparison of the private musical school, Yamaha, which works in five South Bohemian towns, and the competition of the musical teaching in the homes of children and youth. In the enclosure, we show photos and other materials, which specify the reviewing theme.
